The Cozy Nook

Clean and comfortable. We will stay again when we visit our daughter. Positive: It was a very clean and cozy apartment. It had everything we needed to cook, do laundry, and relax. Michael was very responsive when we needed anything. We were visiting our daughter who lives about 15 minutes away. It was convenient to everywhere we wanted to go. Negative: Nothing

Great little place and a great value! Positive: Michael was a friendly and gracious host. The space was perfect for me, my husband and son who parked it on the pullout sofa. We found the space to be very clean and convenient to the UT campus. We appreciated the filtered water pitcher and fans as well. Would stay again!

It was exactly what I was looking for, felt like home away from home and I definitely would stay again! Positive: Everything! Felt so homey and the owners were so nice! Negative: Absolutely nothing

Positive: Very quiet and location definitely close to downtown. Perfect for our short stay. Owner stayed in contact and was very friendly! Negative: There wasn't anything we disliked. Wish we had a porch or deck to drink coffee in the morning or chill at night to enjoy outside but place was great without it!
