Positive: Very quiet and location definitely close to downtown. Perfect for our short stay. Owner stayed in contact and was very friendly!
Negative: There wasn't anything we disliked. Wish we had a porch or deck to drink coffee in the morning or chill at night to enjoy outside but place was great without it!

Owner was very communicative, smooth transition. The apartment was convenient to the University which was nice! It was also clean and ready for our early arrival. Would definitely stay again.
